United Civil Servants SACCO invests over 6 million kwacha in Education excellency.

About 120 primary school teachers from Blantyre Urban have received various monetary awards from United Civil Servants SACCO – UCSSACCO for equipping their standard 8 learners with knowledge that enabled them to score grade A in the 2025 Primary School Leaving Certificate Examination.
The awards are aimed at motivating the teachers to continue investing quality knowledge in primary school learners for excellent results in National examinations which in turn helps the country to have productive citizens.

Speaking during the awards presentation ceremony in Mulanje, District Education Manager for Blantyre Urban Cryton Tambala commended UCSSACCO for the generous Support. Tambala said the partnership that exists between Blantyre Urban teachers and UCSSACCO is very crucial in uplifting the country’s education standards.

“A teacher whose hard work is recognised and rewarded is always motivated and continues to deliver exceptional results, the gesture by United Civil Servants SACCO to award all teachers whose learners have scored As in their PSLCE is a testament of a dedicated organisation in enhancing the country’s education standards.

During the event, Patience Linzi emerged overall best teacher who produced 109 As in her subjects.
